AT&T to boost annual spending 16 percent to $22billion
The AT&T the three-year spending plan, budget $8 billion, $6billion for upgrading the wireline network only.
They will upgrade its wireless and wireline network in next three years.
By the end of 2014, they also plan to expand its high speed wireless on the long term evolution standard to cover 300 million people in most of the country.
